We have lockboxes at each home and you will receive a detailed document that has information on the home and the codes for the key
The kitchen is fully stocked with pots & pans, dishes, glasses, silverware. We also have a good supply of spices for you to use to cook as many meals at home as you wish.
The minimum age to rent our home is 25. We do not allow prom groups or graduations at all. No exceptions. Our homes are in quiet neighborhoods and require respect for the neighbors. Absolutely no parties or events of any kind are allowed.
The Statesman home in the historic district, near Pleasure Pier sleeps 12. That includes adults and children, 12 total.

The homes are stocked with towels, plates, glasses etc for the maximum number of guests for the home. In order for your group to be comfortable, these numbers are firm and in your best interest.
